Why do I feel glute bridges in my hamstrings?
The hamstrings naturally assist with hip extension, so some hamstring involvement is normal. If they repeatedly cramp or dominate the exercise, experiment with foot position, reduce the difficulty, slow the movement, and focus on controlled glute contraction without excessively arching the lower back.
